Dr Andréanne Côté’s passion is to make a profound difference in the health of individuals of all ages. She is committed to an integrated approach to care.

She received her Doctor’s of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to this, she graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. In her efforts to excel in providing pain relief and optimal health care, Dr Côté has obtained her Active Release Therapy certifications, as well as a certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture for Health Professionals from McMaster University. She is also a BACK In•form•ed Instructor. This is a personalized on-site group education programme designed to suit the needs of industries and business.

Before establishing herself in her Ottawa practice, Dr Andréanne Côté worked as a chiropractor in hospitals on the James Bay coast and in various clinics in Ontario. She also partnered with manufacturing and corporate organizations in Australia in order to implement on-site treatment and integrated management strategies to ensure that the companies had a productive and healthy workforce. Here she mastered her muscular therapy skills and treatment methods to decreased recovery time for complex overuse injuries such as tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and shoulder injuries.

Dr Côté also has an interest in sport injuries and enhancing performance.

As a chiropractor, she is committed to servicing the community. She volunteers her time for the city of Ottawa’s public health sector. Furthermore, she offers her services to local groups and businesses speaking on relevant health and wellness related topics.

Pierre-Luc Couturier holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Moncton and a physiotherapy degree from the University of Ottawa. Pierre- Luc specializes in sports injuries and supports the idea that all patients should live each day without pain, regardless of age or physical condition.

Michael graduated with honours from Oxford College in Toronto, Ontario. He is passionate about the benefits of Massage Therapy and enjoys treating clients of all ages.

Michael begins his initial treatment with a brief assessment and develops a goal oriented treatment plan suited to his client’s individual needs. He has experience treating a wide range of conditions such as chronic neck and back pain, headaches, sprains/strains, plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, IT band friction syndrome and sciatica.

Michael’s specialties include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, passive stretching and deep tissue massage. Combining these different techniques makes for an effective yet relaxing massage treatment. Michael is excited to work with his clients to help them reach their wellness goals.

Dr Alexander Lee is a graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and has spent the past 12 years dedicated in refining his skills as a healthcare leader. Prior to his education as a chiropractor, Dr Lee received his B.Sc. in Human Kinetics, which ignited his passion for healthcare, human biomechanics and physiology. The focus of Dr Lee’s practice is to provide the most current therapies for his patients. Advanced training has allowed him to develop an Integrated Approach that incorporates his strengths as a Chiropractor, Certified Kinesiologist, Medical Acupuncture Practitioner, and Active Release Technique Practitioner. After completing his Bachelors of Physiotherapy (2010) and working for about a year in India, Abhijit went on to pursue his Masters in exercise science from Long Island University, USA (2013). Following his Masters, he practiced in outpatient physical therapy in New York City for about 3.5 years where he saw patients with different orthopedic and sports related injuries.

He has a keen interest in continuing education and has done a number of courses to improve his knowledge in the field of rehabilitation. Abhijit has completed both upper and lower quadrants of the mulligan concept and successful passed the Certification exam and is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner. He has taken Kinesiotape courses at K-Active, Rocktape fascial movement taping, NKT level one course, IASTM course from advanced CEU (USA) and advanced shoulder rehab course. He has a keen interest in the Mechanical diagnosis and treatment and plans to take his McKenzie part A course soon.

Feroz has completed Equivalency program in Physiotherapy from McGill University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from India with Masters Degree in Healthcare Management from India. Always seeking to learn new techniques and advance his skills, Feroz is trained in the McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy coursework for the Lumbar and Cervical spine.
